Zoning Overview
PonceInlet and Wilbur by the Sea are treated together because both fall under Volusia County's 30-day minimum residential rental rule. The only exceptions are 10 named buildings in Ponce Inlet that hold grandfathered town-level STR approval. All other properties — single-family, condo, or townhouse — default to the 30-day minimum.
